Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the DPDPA.support service provided by CynorSense Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It supplements our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

1. Lawful and intended use

DPDPA.support is intended to help operators of Wix sites meet obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to process personal data for which you have a valid lawful basis as the data fiduciary.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Service to collect, store, or process personal data without a lawful basis, or in violation of the DPDP Act or other applicable law.
  • Attempt to access, interfere with, or compromise another tenant's data, or attempt to defeat tenant isolation, session binding, or webhook signature verification.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without our prior written consent, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting control.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to distribute unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a fiduciary, or provide false onboarding details.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications in breach of consent records, or to override a data principal's withdrawn consent.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law or the Terms.

3. Consent and rights integrity

Because the Service is the system of record for consent and rights, you must not tamper with the append-only audit store, fabricate consent records, or suppress lawful access or erasure requests. The legal-hold and retention logic must not be misused to indefinitely retain data without a lawful basis.

4. Security responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your Wix account, your tenant credentials, and your DPO access. Report any suspected security incident or unauthorised access promptly to dpo@cynorsense.com. Our security posture is described in the canonical Acceptable Use, and incident handling in the Refund & Billing documentation.

5. Fair use of resources

The Service is multi-tenant and self-hosted on shared infrastructure. You must not place an unreasonable load on the platform, generate excessive automated requests, or use the Service in a way that degrades availability for other tenants.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches this AUP, that threatens the security or integrity of the platform, or that exposes us or other customers to legal risk. Where feasible we will give notice, but we may act immediately for serious or ongoing violations.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this AUP as the Service evolves; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Questions or reports: CynorSense Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — dpo@cynorsense.com.
