Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how the DPDPA.support website (dpdpa.support), operated by CynorSense Solutions Pvt. Ltd., uses cookies and similar technologies, and how the DPDPA.support product handles cookies and trackers on our customers' Wix sites.
1. Cookies on this marketing website
This website is intentionally lightweight. We use only what is necessary to serve the site and to understand aggregate usage:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to load and display correctly. These do not require consent.
- Privacy-respecting analytics — used to count visits and understand which sections are useful, in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and front-end libraries from the jsDelivr CDN, as permitted by our Content Security Policy. These requests may be logged by those providers as part of delivering the resource.
2. Managing cookies in your browser
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site functions. Because we do not serve advertising trackers here, there is no advertising profile to opt out of.
3. How the product gates trackers (DPDP context)
A central feature of DPDPA.support is that, on a customer's Wix site, analytics and advertising scripts do not fire until the data principal consents. The product enforces this through Wix TAG_OVERRIDE — trackers are gated at the source, not merely hidden behind a banner. This supports the customer's obligations under India's DPDP Act 2023, where processing personal data generally requires lawful, per-purpose consent.
If you are a visitor to a site that has installed DPDPA.support, your per-purpose cookie and tracker choices are captured in that site's consent ledger and can be changed at any time through that site's "my-data" dashboard.
4. Consent records
For our customers, every consent decision is recorded per purpose with proof of who, what, when, and how, in an append-only audit store that serves as the system of record. Withdrawal is two-way and pushes back to Wix so that processing genuinely stops.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our site or the product evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
6. Related documents and contact
