Refund & Billing Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to DPDPA.support, provided by CynorSense Solutions Pvt. Ltd., are billed and the basis on which refunds are handled.
All DPDPA.support billing is processed by Wix through your Wix account. We do not collect or store your payment-card details. Charges, invoices, and payment methods are managed in your Wix billing settings.
1. Subscription model
DPDPA.support is sold as a monthly subscription across four tiers — Consent (from USD $9/month), Rights, Audit, and Intelligence. There are no setup fees and no fixed-term contracts. Prices are displayed on our pricing page in USD with an INR display toggle; the amount actually charged is determined and processed by Wix.
2. How and when you are billed
- Billing is recurring and monthly, charged through Wix on the cycle Wix establishes when you install or upgrade the app.
- Upgrades between tiers take effect per Wix's billing behaviour for app plan changes.
- Invoices and receipts are issued by Wix and are available in your Wix account.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by uninstalling or downgrading the DPDPA.support app through Wix. Cancellation stops future renewals. Because subscriptions are monthly, access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it ends.
4. Refunds
As subscriptions are billed monthly, we do not generally provide pro-rated refunds for a partial month after cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing fault — contact us within 14 days and we will work with you and, where appropriate, with Wix to investigate and correct it. Because Wix is the payment processor, certain refunds are subject to Wix's billing and refund mechanics and timelines.
5. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Wix may retry the charge and may suspend the subscription per its standard process. During suspension, compliance features may stop functioning, so we recommend keeping your Wix payment method current.
6. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Any taxes, levies, or currency-conversion charges are determined and applied by Wix at checkout.
7. Changes to pricing
We may change tier pricing or features prospectively. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes in advance through reasonable means; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
