These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DPDPA.support application and website (the "Service"), provided by CynorSense Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("CynorSense", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DPDPA.support is a consent management and compliance platform that helps operators of Wix sites meet obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The platform provides a per-purpose consent ledger with append-only audit proof, cookie and tracker gating, a data-principal self-service dashboard (access and erasure with legal-hold), and a DPO console. The platform is self-hosted on our infrastructure and multi-tenant; you operate your site within Wix.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and must provide accurate onboarding details — at minimum your fiduciary legal name and your Data Protection Officer email. You are responsible for the accuracy of these details and for activity under your tenant.

3. Installation and provisioning

Installing from the Wix App Market provisions a dedicated tenant, API keys, and a published policy, with secrets stored in OpenBao per instance. You authorise the Service to read your Wix site configuration and to receive consent and data events over signed webhooks for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Your responsibilities as data fiduciary

You remain the data fiduciary for your data principals. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you process, for your own privacy notice, and for honouring rights requests surfaced by the Service. We act as your processor for in-product data and process it on your instructions.

5. Fees and billing

The Service is offered on monthly subscription tiers starting at USD $9/month. All billing is handled by Wix through your Wix account; we do not collect card details directly. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Pricing, tiers, and currency display (USD/INR) are described on our pricing page and may change prospectively. See the Refund & Billing Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to breach tenant isolation, or use it to process data unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and DPDPA.support brand, is owned by CynorSense. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis to assist with DPDP compliance, but it does not constitute legal advice and does not by itself guarantee compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may uninstall the Service at any time through Wix, which ends future billing. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, data handling follows your configured retention rules and the legal-hold logic described in the product.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Canonical and binding version

This page is a plain-language summary for the DPDPA.support website. The canonical, binding terms are published at Terms & Conditions, and processor obligations are set out in the Cookie Policy. Where there is any conflict, the canonical versions prevail.
