This policy explains how CynorSense Solutions Private Limited (“Cynor Sense”, “we”) uses cookies and similar browser storage on its two websites, and how you control them. Cookies are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. Our Privacy notice covers everything else about your personal data.
dpdpa.support: analytics cookies only if you say yes, and no cookie for signing in
dpdpa.support needs no cookie to read its pages and sets no cookie of its own. The only cookies on dpdpa.support are Google Analytics cookies, set only if you press “Accept” in the banner. If you sign in to the privacy dashboard at dpdpa.support/rights/, a sign-in token is kept in your browser’s session storage, which is not a cookie (see below). There is no advertising on dpdpa.support and no tracking for advertising.
Before and without your consent
- No analytics cookies. Until you press Accept, nothing from Google loads and no Google cookie is set. Reading the site sets no cookie at all, and signing in to the privacy dashboard sets none either.
- Your consent choice: when you press Accept or Reject, your browser saves your choice and the notice version in its local storage under the name
dpdpa_consent, so the banner stays away on later pages. If the notice version changes, the banner asks you again. - A random visitor ID: at your first Accept or Reject, your browser saves a random ID in its local storage under the name
dpdpa_vid, so that a later change or withdrawal can be matched to the same consent-log entries. Our consent log stores only a one-way hash of this ID (we do not store the ID itself, your name, your email address or your IP address); see the Privacy notice. - These local-storage items have no expiry date: they stay on your device until you clear this site’s data in your browser. They are never sent to Google.
- Your theme choice: when you press the light/dark theme button, your choice (“light” or “dark”) is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name “theme”, so the site opens in that theme next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- No third-party scripts: the animation library (GSAP) and every other script on dpdpa.support are served from our own server.
- Razorpay: the “Buy” buttons are links to Razorpay’s payment page on pages.razorpay.com. Nothing from Razorpay loads on dpdpa.support. On its own site, Razorpay may store cookies or similar data that it needs to take the payment and prevent fraud; Razorpay’s privacy policy explains what it stores.
Only after you press Accept: Google Analytics
When you accept, your browser loads Google Analytics 4 from Google, which sets the cookies below on dpdpa.support. They hold only a random identifier. Google signals, advertising storage and ad personalisation are switched off.
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Holds a random identifier so that Google Analytics can count your visits to dpdpa.support as one visitor. | 400 days (about 13 months) |
_ga_YD500VW80B | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your current visit (session) to dpdpa.support. | 400 days (about 13 months) |
Browsers limit how long a cookie can last, so these cookies expire after 400 days. This is separate from how long Google Analytics keeps the data it has already collected, which is 14 months. The data these cookies send to Google and why we use it are listed in the Privacy notice.
Only when you sign in: the privacy dashboard
On dpdpa.support/rights/ you enter your email address and a one-time code we email you. When the code is accepted, the dashboard keeps the items below in your browser’s session storage so that you stay signed in while you use it. They are strictly necessary for that sign-in, so they do not need the banner, and they are not used for analytics or advertising. Nothing is stored unless you sign in there. The Your data rights page sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.
| Item | Stored where | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in token | Your browser’s session storage, used only by the dashboard at dpdpa.support/rights/ | Keeps you signed in on the privacy dashboard. It carries your email address as the signed-in identity. | Until you sign out or close the browser tab; it stops working after 24 hours at most |
| Your email address, our name and identifier as the Data Fiduciary, the dashboard’s settings, and a token used by the dashboard’s consent QR code | Your browser’s session storage, used only by the dashboard | Lets the dashboard show your consents and requests while you are signed in. | Until you sign out or close the browser tab |
Changing or withdrawing your choice on dpdpa.support
- “Accept” and “Reject” are equally easy to press, and nothing is pre-selected. Ignoring the banner counts as no.
- Use the “Cookie and consent settings” link at the bottom of every page to reopen the banner and change your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- If you withdraw, Google Analytics stops loading at once and we delete its cookies from your browser. Withdrawing does not affect what was collected while your consent was in place; Google deletes that data when its 14-month retention period ends.
- You can also block or delete cookies, and clear this site’s data (which removes the items above), in your browser settings. dpdpa.support works fully without any cookie, except that without session storage you cannot sign in to the privacy dashboard; you can email dpdpa@cynorsense.com instead.
www.cynorsense.com: a separate site with its own cookies
www.cynorsense.com, which includes the members area where buyers watch the videos and download the toolkit files again, is a separate site from dpdpa.support. It runs on Wix. Its cookies are set by Wix and by the apps installed on that site. dpdpa.support does not set or control them, and the dpdpa.support banner does not cover them.
| Category | What they do | Your choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Placed by Wix, including a Cloudflare bot-protection cookie (__cf_bm), to run the site: security and fraud checks, keeping you signed in to your account, joining the program and checkout, site performance, and remembering your cookie choice. Wix lists its essential cookies, their purposes and durations in Cookies and Your Wix Site. | Always on. The site cannot work without them. |
| Optional (functional, analytics, advertising) | Set by Wix or by apps installed on www.cynorsense.com, and set or controlled by that site, not by dpdpa.support. None of them is set on dpdpa.support. | Not covered by the dpdpa.support banner. |
www.cynorsense.com: changing your choices
- Any cookie choices on www.cynorsense.com are separate from your choice on dpdpa.support.
- To withdraw them, clear that site’s cookies in your browser, or email dpdpa@cynorsense.com.
- Withdrawing consent stops those cookies from being used from then on. It does not affect what was collected while your consent was in place.
- If you block essential cookies, parts of www.cynorsense.com, such as sign-in, joining the program and checkout, may not work.
