Can I see the documents first?
Yes, in use. Every step has a free preview of its walkthrough on this site, showing the real document with a worked example for a fictional online store. The full walkthroughs come with the toolkit.
When do I get the files?
Right after you pay. You pay on Razorpay with your email and phone number (UPI, card or netbanking). An email follows with the steps, and you are invited to the members-only toolkit program on cynorsense.com, where every Word and Excel file and the walkthrough videos are.
What format are the files?
Word documents (.docx) and Excel workbooks (.xlsx). The workbooks use ordinary formulas, dropdowns and conditional formatting, and each Instructions tab says which cells are yours to fill in.
What does it cost? Is it a subscription?
