This policy explains how the DPDPA Toolkit by Cynor Sense from CynorSense Solutions Private Limited (“Cynor Sense”, “we”) reaches you after you pay. It forms part of our Terms of sale.
Digital delivery only
The toolkit is delivered digitally. Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no courier or postal address to give.
What we email you after payment
When your payment is confirmed, we email you at the address you gave at checkout:
One email from dpdpa@cynorsense.com with the steps to get into the online program on www.cynorsense.com, where the toolkit’s Word and Excel files and the walkthrough videos are. We invite the email address you paid with, and create a member account for it if it has none. Wix then sends a separate email called “Create Your New Password”, from “Cynor Sense”, with a link to set your password. It works for 3 hours.
If an email does not arrive or the password link has expired
Check your spam folder first; the Wix email often lands there. If the link has expired, open www.cynorsense.com/challenge-page/dpdpa-compliance-toolkit, click Log In, choose “Forgot password” and enter the email address you gave at checkout. If you still cannot get in, reply to our email or write to dpdpa@cynorsense.com from that address, and we will invite you again.
Payment
Razorpay processes the payment, with UPI, cards or netbanking. We receive confirmation of the payment; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. The price includes GST. To get a GST invoice, email us your billing name, address and GSTIN. See the Terms of sale for the price and GST, and the Privacy notice for the data involved.
Problems with your order
If a file does not open, you cannot get into the program, or what you received is not what the product page described, email us and we will fix it. There are no refunds for the toolkit; see the Refunds and cancellations policy.
