With your permission, we use Google Analytics to see which pages help visitors. It sets cookies and sends what you do on this site, and your IP address, to Google, possibly outside India. If you choose Reject, nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie and consent settings” at the bottom of every page.
What we collect: pages and topic; referring link; clicks on Buy and other buttons, links, tabs, toolkit cards, FAQs and other expandable parts, and where on the page; which sections of a page stay on your screen for at least a second; preview, video plays; articles read, how far; scrolling; links you click to other sites (full address); processing map start, finish, business type; device, operating system, browser, screen size, language, approximate location; cookie ID. Google receives your IP address.
Why: to count visits and improve the site. Google processes it for us, possibly outside India, keeping it 14 months. No advertising use.
Withdraw: “Cookie and consent settings” in any footer, as easily as saying yes.
This ID is stored only in this browser. It is the only link between you and your consent record. Erase it here, or send it to dpdpa@cynorsense.com.
Your visitor ID:
No visitor ID is stored in this browser.
Erase your record? This removes your visitor ID and consent choice from this browser. Our consent log keeps a dated entry of your choices, with no name, email or IP address, for one year as proof of what you agreed to, then deletes it.
See your consents, withdraw them, correct or erase the data you gave us, nominate someone to act for you, or raise a grievance, in your privacy dashboard.
This page is for people who gave us their email address, for example to get updates. You use your rights in your privacy dashboard. We do not ask for a password or an identity document.
How it works
Open the dashboard. Press the button below.
Enter the email address you gave us.
Enter the code we email you. The code is valid for 5 minutes.
In the dashboard, the Manage Consent tab lets you switch each consent on or off, the Consent History tab shows your consent changes, and the Requests & Grievances tab is where you make requests and raise grievances. Other purposes we process data for, which do not rest on your consent, are shown for information only and cannot be switched off there.
You can also email us at dpdpa@cynorsense.com and we will handle it. Please write from the address you gave us.
How it works under the hood
Switch off a consent and follow what happens to it, step by step. This is an illustration: nothing is sent when you press it.
1
You switch a consent off Withdrawn at once
In your privacy dashboard you switch off “Email updates”. The consent is withdrawn at once, and the dashboard tells our server, which stops our emails to you.

2
The change is recorded Saved
Our consent system saves the withdrawal as a dated consent record and adds a line to its audit log.
3
The processing record applies Retention rule
The entry for that purpose in our record of processing says what data is held and what happens to it once consent ends.
4
A purge request is created Purge request
When the compliance check runs, nightly or when our Data Protection Officer runs it, it creates a purge request for that consent.
5
Our server removes the data Completed
Our server removes your email address from our subscriber list and confirms “Completed” back to the consent system. Records the law requires us to keep are kept (section 12(3)).
Your rights, and how to use them
These duties apply from 13 May 2027. This page shows what you can do now.
These rights cover the personal data you gave us with your consent, or provided to us of your own accord.
See a summary of your data and consents. Open your privacy dashboard to see your consents and their history, and ask for a summary of your data in Requests & Grievances, or email dpdpa@cynorsense.com. Ask for a summary of your data and who it was shared with; we reply by email.
Correct or update your data. Make the request in your privacy dashboard, or email dpdpa@cynorsense.com from the address you gave us. Say what is wrong and what it should say. We correct what is inaccurate, complete what is missing and update what is out of date.
Erase your data. Make the request in your privacy dashboard, or email dpdpa@cynorsense.com. We erase your data unless we are required to keep it, or still need it for the purpose you gave it for. We tell you what we keep and why.
Withdraw your consent. Withdrawing is meant to be as easy as giving consent. Switch the consent off in Manage Consent in your privacy dashboard, or email dpdpa@cynorsense.com. Earlier use of your data stays lawful. After you withdraw, our emails to you stop at once, and any other use based on that consent stops within a reasonable time, as section 6(6) requires.
Nominate someone to act for you. You can name a person to use your rights if you die or cannot act for yourself because of mental or physical incapacity. Make the request in your privacy dashboard, or email dpdpa@cynorsense.com with the person’s full name, email address and relationship to you. You can change or cancel the nomination the same way.
Raise a grievance. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data or a request, raise it in Requests & Grievances in your privacy dashboard, or email dpdpa@cynorsense.com with “Grievance” in the subject line. We reply within 90 days at most. This 90-day limit is for grievances only.
Complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Use our grievance process first. From 13 May 2027, once you have used our grievance process, you can complain to the Board about a breach of our duties or your rights. The Board works online; use the complaint method it publishes.
Website analytics
Your choice about website analytics is managed by “Cookie and consent settings” at the bottom of every page. You do not need to give your email for it.
